For someone like me that struggles with anxiety but also has drive to better myself in my current role this course is perfect.
Just in the first session Martin put us all at ease with the way the course is delivered, and If you get stuck on assignments or get a little lost in group discussions a phone call after will get you back on track. 12 months sounds a long time but it flew by.
We was all nervous the morning of the end point assessment, and frantically going through crib sheets trying to memorize any last piece of information, but the moment we sat with Richard a lot of the stress disappeared, and the need to look over our notes during the talk left with it.
The questions aren’t delivered to catch you out, they are asked in a way that the note were not needed, we knew this stuff! Subconsciously we have taken on board a lot more than we thought we had and came out the other side with
distinctions.

When joining the TACS I was very nervous, however my trainer Martin was a massive help throughout the whole year even being there for my group multiple times the week before our EPA. From the very start Martin helped us to understand if you focus and use the skills taught through the course you will most definitely pass. The lessons throughout the year were very informative and are designed to give you the best chance possible whether it be a practical task or going through written elements as a team to form a better understanding.
Once again cannot thank Martin and TACS academy enough for all the help would 100% recommend to anyone looking to progress their career.

After using different training providers without success, we were recommended to TACS. After reaching out, Adrian contacted me immediately and from then on, the relationship between our two companies has been fantastic.
