Just in the first session Martin put us all at ease with the way the course is delivered, and If you get stuck on assignments or get a little lost in group discussions a phone call after will get you back on track. 12 months sounds a long time but it flew by.

We was all nervous the morning of the end point assessment, and frantically going through crib sheets trying to memorize any last piece of information, but the moment we sat with Richard a lot of the stress disappeared, and the need to look over our notes during the talk left with it.

The lessons throughout the year were very informative and are designed to give you the best chance possible whether it be a practical task or going through written elements as a team to form a better understanding.
