Stake Holders

The four key stakeholders are the learner, the employer, the funding college and ourselves TACS Ltd.

The learner is probably the most important element in the whole process as without them there is no training. TACS Ltd endeavour to give the learner the opportunity to develop utilising courses/ qualifications on offer.

The employer is key if the learner is employed, as the employer allows access to training programmes and provision which will ultimately benefit the learner as well as the employer.

The funding college have a vested interest to ensure the funding is being spent in the most cost effective way and giving value for money for its learners, employers and the tax payers. TACS Ltd., have a duty of care to ensure all government funded programmes are delivered cost effectively and timely and give added value to both the learner and the employer.

There are other stakeholders involved in the process such as SFA (Skills Funding Agency) Ofsted (inspection) SSC’s (Sector Skills Councils) and awarding organisations (EAL- Excellence Achievement and Learning) ABBE (Awarding Body of the Built Environment) who over arch all of what the main 4 parties are hoping to achieve.
