The candidate will be working towards an Intermediate Level 2 Residential Property in Lettings & Management Framework. The qualification also consists of Level 1 Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT (if required).
The qualification will be achieved through work based evidence throughout.
Good standard of education required to at least GCSE (or equivalent) level (including Maths & English at grades A to C, but preferably to A Level or above.
As part of this challenging role, you will demonstrate the ability to:
Sell the company services strongly and ethically
Canvas for new business and promoting the other services offered by the organisation
Maintain the identity and reputation of the brand in the region
Book and conduct viewings and valuations
Negotiate offers between all parties
Handle objections and closing sales
Advertise – using the company website and other appropriate media
Generate and book viewings for available properties
Represent the organisation as a first point of contact to current and prospective clients
Maintain a customer database to match prospective buyers to available properties
Using your initiative to deal with customer complaints
Deal with outbound correspondence; including letter writing
Complete general office administration duties as needed
Deliver exceptional customer service
Deal with all incoming inquiries
Register applicant’s details and property requirements
Obtain references for tenants
Excellent rapport building skills
Customer Service Skills
Problem Solving, Objection Handling and Negotiation skills
Applicants must be ambitious (as we are looking for someone willing to earn a full time progressive position in the firm)
Enjoy working with the public
Have an excellent telephone manner
Willing to learn
Dress code – suitable for a professional office environment
Live in within commuting distance of Guisborough
MUST have a driving license to commute between venues
